Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this new document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a key detailing different parts of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the current investigative process.
